• Strabismus correction (Eye Muscle Surgery): Professional fee, depending on complexity of the procedure.

• Incision with primary closure of eyelid lesions (including chalazia)

• With respect to surgery, when possible, we bill insurance as a courtesy, and return to you any reimbursement up to the full cost of the procedure.
